Concert travel breaks the normal rule about staying central, and it breaks it in a specific way: the problem is not getting to the venue, it is getting back.

Forty thousand people leave a dome at the same moment, and the subway closes before the night does.

The venues are in three different places

A hotel in Myeongdong is not equally close to all three. It is reasonably close to none of them.

Gocheok Sky Dome

The area immediately around the dome is residential, so the hotels are one district over. Yeongdeungpo and Sindorim are the practical choices — enough rooms, short rides, and you are ahead of the crowd rather than in it.

Jamsil is the answer, and it has the side benefit of Lotte World and the tower if you have a spare day either side.

Inspire Arena

Not in Seoul. It is out on Yeongjong island near the airport, so treat it as an airport trip: either sleep out there, or accept a long journey each way.

The rule that matters more than any hotel

If you are in Seoul for a week and going to one show, stay central and travel out. Only move your base if you have multiple nights at the same venue.

What is checked here and what is not

Venue locations and the districts around them are stable and are checked on the date above. Last-train times, shuttle arrangements and venue-specific entry rules change per event — confirm them against the official announcement for your show.
